Planning and developing project activities

As the technical arm of PROVIAS NACIONAL, we develop a strategy and a master schedule to complete the projects within the established timelines and budgets with the Peruvian government.

This entails a comprehensive project overview covering all related areas, from conception to construction. It anticipates the sequencing of the main activities.

This planning is reflected in all actions undertaken by us, PMO Vias, and the project contractors.
