A Knowledge Transfer Plan has been designed and implemented to address the training needs of each area of Provias Nacional in line with institutional objectives.
Its purpose is to train the personnel of PVN and Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones at all stages of road projects. This enables the application of knowledge gained throughout the Nueva Carretera Central and Vía Expresa Santa Rosa projects, so they can replicate what they have learned in other MTC projects.
To expand the impact of Knowledge Transfer in Peru and leave a lasting mark, we are strengthening partnerships with key educational institutions.
This approach allows us to impart knowledge aligned with current labor market demands, providing future professionals with access to essential tools and innovation in their respective fields. We facilitate access to international engineering knowledge, preparing the next generation of Peruvian leaders to excel in large-scale projects.
We aim to build strong communication bridges between the community and local authorities involved in our projects. The goal is to create an environment where mutual collaboration is the key to success.
