Management of both projects is carried out according to the best international standards. PMI (Project Management Institute) recommendations are applied. This institute identifies, within the PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge), 12 principles for project management and 8 performance domains for their successful development (seventh edition). This includes monitoring quality, costs, timelines, and risks.
